Podium and pyrotechnics remains on pitch during game..

Im having a issue that for all game modes, the podiums, trophy and pyrotechnics are remaining on the middle of the field during the entire game.. the has not resolved even when playing different game modes. Only started happening randomly during a game of pro clubs last night (had played 4 or 5 games before this.)

Logged on again this morning to play some FUT and find that the issue persists..

Game is literally unplayable with it.. Any known fixes?
