Urgent — Missing Star Pass Rewards (Pass Ending in 2 Days)

Hello EA Support Team,

I recently purchased the Premium Star Pass in EA Sports FC Mobile, but I didn’t collect the rewards before restarting the game. After restarting, my Star Pass shows as purchased, but the rewards are not available.

The Star Pass is ending in 2 days, and I’m worried I will lose the rewards when it expires.

Details:

  • EA ID / User ID: [removed for account safety]
  • Platform: [iOS]
  • Date of Purchase: [20 Oct,8:27pm]
  • Payment Method: [Apple App Store]

Please restore or grant my missing Star Pass rewards before the season resets.

I’ve attached my screenshots of the purchase receipt and account ID.

    Hey SPARKIExYT​ Could you please restart your game and log in again to check if you are still missing your Star Pass rewards? In case of any further issues, feel free to use the Customer Service tab in the game to submit your case.
