Community ManagerHi there. Thanks for reaching out. Appreciate you getting screenshots of the Connection Quality Report. Let's see if power cycling your equipment helps. Please try these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
If that doesn't help, try the connection troubleshooting steps here. Let me know what happens.
I tried that, connection became worse. I have done almost all of these steps and nothing is working. Why is this issue happening? It never happened before!

Have you tried contacting your ISP? Your connection is quite poor so it's something they should investigate to see if there are any issues.
