Possible SOLUTION/FIX for freeze and crash

Hi peeps,

I was experiencing the freezes and subsequent crash (error Ce-108255-1) on ps5 any time I played rivals and sometimes also in squad battles. 

I patched the game with today's patch, and unfortunately it happened again on the first two rivals games after. 

What I subsequently did was:

• restore licenses (see technical guide from the admins)
• change to resolution from the graphics options in eafc settings
• disable cross play

I am not sure which one or combination of changes worked, but I had tried the above two before the patch and they didn't work, so by way of elimination, I suspect it's cross play (even though it makes no sense for squad battles).
