Pre-order FC Points

Hello, I pre-ordered EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Edition on Steam.
I only received the first 2,000 FC Points on September 26, 2025.
I logged into Ultimate Team in October and November, but the remaining 4,000 FC Points were never credited.
Please investigate and credit the missing FC Points.
