Pre-order rewards

Hello ea sports I have been having some issues receiving my rewards from the fc 26 ultimate edition pre-order. I ordered it before the 26th of August and haven't received any of the additional rewards yet. If you can, please fix this issue.

    I also did not receive any reward, and I bought the game on August 25. Furthermore, I have the transfer market blocked, I don't know for what reason.
