I cant move or switch players

Question

On pc ea fc 26 I cannot move my players in any online game mode or coop on fifa, so I don't have access to half the game. WEnt to support they told me to go here and that was even after I told them I had already commented on a post but no ones picked up anything yet I have messaged 2 community team managers no reply this was 9 hours ago or more I messaged them. I paid 80.99 to not be able to play the game properly and they won't even do anything so far. Hoping a community team manager will see this soon.

I have been having similar issues. I can either not move the players at all. Or, they just run toward a set direction, like in your video. What's the point of early access when the game isn't even playable?

Same I can’t move players they go a set direction it’s messing up my stats don’t understand why give a week early access to a broken game&nbsp;

Just had the exact same thing, player control suddenly becomes unresponsive, and they just run off in a random direction with me unable to switch player. Game is currently in a broken state.

I have the exact same issue if you kick off they run in a direction and you can't even change it or move or anything. I asked of there would be compensation in rewards anything for the fact I cant play half the game support wasn't interested and what's crazy is this was an issue for me in the BETA and it is still an issue now
