Hey there! Could you let me know if you’re playing in a localized version of the game? If so, please try launching it in English to check if that works. Also, clear your console cache by fully shutting it down, unplugging for 1–2 minutes, then restarting and logging back in. And just to be sure, make sure you’re on the main account where the game was purchased/pre-ordered. It won’t show up on a secondary account through game sharing.

Does not work. And now a new issue with multiple objectives not being marked as completed even if they are. Both season pass and objectives are bugged. I can’t reach out to you other than this site, so I am expecting that you make contact with me and fix these issues.

Hi, I still can't access premium pass on my ultimate edition. Seems like a lot of people have the same issue. Can anyone from EA please help? It was part of the purchase.
