i have not received my premium pass yet, I did pre order the ultimate edition, I have gotten my fc points but still no pass, any help?

Hi, I still can't access premium pass on my ultimate edition. Seems like a lot of people have the same issue. Can anyone from EA please help? It was part of the purchase.
