Missing ICON Pre-Order Content – EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Edition (PC)

I pre-ordered the EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Edition on 24th July 2025 through the EA App. My order clearly states:

EA SPORTS FC™ 26 Ultimate Edition + Pre-Order content
PC Download

This was well before the August 26th cutoff date, so I should be eligible for the untradeable 1 of 15 ICON Player Item as part of the early access + pre-order rewards.

However, during early access, my ICON content has not appeared anywhere in-game. I’ve checked Ultimate Team, Clubs, and even created a Career Mode & clubs save while connected to EA servers, but the content still hasn’t unlocked. I’ve also tried restarting the game and confirming I’m logged into the correct EA account tied to my purchase.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? And is there an official word from EA on when (or if) the missing ICON content will be delivered?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    27th September and I still dont have my icon for pre ordering ultimate edition on PSN. Am I not doing something correctly?

    Hi there, I am having the same issue and have opened about 5 cases with EA and they are not helpful at all keep giving me the same reply to follow certain steps which I have done many time now and my Icon is still not showing, this is heartbreaking as so many people get benefits from bugs and glitches and instead we don't get given what we deserve. Absolute joke of a company!!!!!

    Possible solutions for missing Pre-Order / ICON rewards in EAFC 26:

     

    - Confirm you pre-ordered the correct edition (e.g. Ultimate Edition) before the cutoff date

    - Make sure you are logged into the same EA account used for the purchase

    - Restart the game and EA App to force a refresh

    - Verify/Repair game files in EA App or Steam

    - Check Ultimate Team “Store” → “My Packs” (sometimes rewards are hidden there)

    - Try logging into another game mode (Career Mode, Clubs, Kick-Off) and then return to Ultimate Team

    - Wait up to 24–48 hours after Early Access launch (some rewards are delayed in rollout)

    - Ensure your EA App cache is cleared:

      C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\Cache

    - Double-check your purchase confirmation email or order history inside the EA App
