Premium Season pass is bugged! Will I get money back!?

Just spent £10 on the season pass through fifa points and it’s completely bugged u cannot unlock certain rewards that I have enough XP for and it’s saying I need minus XP to unlock them?? It’s only let me claim to level 31 at the moment for premium rewards yet it’s letting me go to 37 for standard..

EA I want either my rewards or my money back how is this even possible??
