Premium Season pass missing

Today I bought the premium season pass on my phone with the fifa points received from the ultimate edition. I claimed the first reward ( 75x10) and now in the evening i shows that i don't have premium purchased, but the 1000 fifa points are missing. I need a solution. Thank you
