I had this problem myself but just with Pro Clubs and I researched it and saw people saying you have to sign into your EA account on phone/computer on ea.com and go into your account settings and turn off Two Factor Authentication. I did that and it fixed the problems for me it’s just some dumb bug to do with that well at least for me and where other people had the problem.
