Pro Clubs Rush – Cannot Find Match With 3 Players (PS5, Cross-Play On)

Hi all,

We are currently unable to find a game in Pro Clubs Rush when searching as a group of three players on PS5.

Last night we tried multiple times over an extended period and could not get into a single match. The search just continues indefinitely without finding opponents or additional teammates.

We have tried:

• Restarting the game
• Restarting our consoles
• Checking internet connections
• Searching at different times
• Confirming cross play is enabled

Nothing seems to work when searching as a party of three.

I have seen posts from several months ago reporting the same issue, but it still appears to be happening. Is this a known ongoing matchmaking bug in Rush?

• Region: Australia

Would appreciate any update or confirmed workaround from EA.
