Severe Input delay

I don’t know why FC26 is poorly optimised for PC. I have a 16gb ram, AMD Ryzen 5 5600, 500gb SSD and a 12gb Nvidia RTX 3060 yet I experience severe input delay and lag. My PC  is above the recommended specs, yet I can’t even play the game to high requirements. Aside, the last 2days has been all of input delays. I play between 12-18 ping. Also during live gameplay on UT, I hear clicking sounds like I’m in menus. I have no animation for cards as we do for evos.
