Problem with controler during playing division rivals or tournament

Hi everyone, i have same problem as all of u and i think the problem is with the connection with the server, i have enabled the opion to display your controler on screen and one of them is displaying the data recived by the server and it is not moving so if anybody has any solutions let me know, thanks
