Can you grab me a screenshot of the full error you see, as these often have info that help us narrow down the cause.

Have you ensured that the logged in EA account is the one linked to your Steam account and not a secondary one? Logging into the wrong account on the EA side can cause issues.

Sorry for the language issue. Here is my problem in English:

I bought FC 26 on Steam, but when I launch the game, it shows "Unable to get game" error.

What I've tried:

· Steam purchase is completed

· EA account is linked to Steam

· Verified game files

· Cleared Steam cache

My EA account email is the one linked to this forum account.

Could be that you are logged into a secondary account that does not have the game.

No, I only have one Steam account, but I have already requested a refund. If I repurchase it, will that possibly solve this issue?

Hard to know liang_yi_jun0509​ but the message you shared would point to an issue with having more than one account.

When did you purhcase the game and were you able to launch it for a period?
