Problem with starting the game

The game won't start completely. It starts with this EAanticheat, then it starts but only in a partially opened window and is completely black. It locks up my mouse, I can't move it at all, and then it crashes and returns me to the EA app. Help, I don't know what to do. I've been trying to do anything for months.

    That's no problem at all, thanks for sharing it now ​ 

    There are a few things I can see from this report, let's try: 

    • Freeing up some space on C:/ (system) drive. You have very little free space. Game, EA Javelin, and system needs at least ~ 20-30 GB of free space. 
    • When you've mentioned

      "I deleted the game folder to create a new folder" 

    Did you mean the settings folder? If you haven't tried it yet, please rename/delete the folder you'll find in: 

    %LOCALAPPDATA%\EA SPORTS FC 26\settings\

    To get to that folder, press Win+R, then in the "Run" window type:

    %LOCALAPPDATA%

    Next, you'll navigate to the game's settings folder. Rename or delete this folder, the game will re-create a new one once you run it.

    I tried repairing the game in the EA app, it didn't work, then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, it didn't work either, I deleted the game folder to create a new folder, still nothing, I repaired EAanticheat and nothing, I also tried doing some things with AI but that didn't help either.

    Could you tell us which troubleshooting steps you have already taken? Perhaps a DxDiag report would be handy to see what is causing this issue.
