problems with settings fc 26

I have a problem, every time I log into FC 26, my settings are reset and it asks for my favorite club, as if I was logging in for the first time. How can I fix this?

The latest update hasn't fixed the FPS drop issue on PC. PC players are constantly ignored. If you can't fix it, just refund the PC players.

Only way my game will let me start match is if my opponent skips the intros. Its soooo frustrating.
