Ps5 game crashes when I start it

I have had this issue for at least a month. Nearly Every time I open fc26 on ps5 it crashes after a minute and my (perfectly good wired) internet connection completely goes, but only when I load fc26, when I load any other game/app it works perfectly as it should. I have to restart my ps5 2/3 times until I get internet back, then the same process happens again and again and eventually it might work after a while. I’ve cleared cashe, deleted and reinstalled the game I’ve done everything. Can someone help please
