PS5 Input Delay

Just recently I have been suffering from really bad input delay in all the online game modes except squad battles. My connection is good. I have a lan cable. Ive tried resetting everything. Ive watched numerous youtube videos and adjusted settings accordingly.

Ping 35ms - Jitter 0.15ms - Packet Loss 0.02%

Any suggestions.
