PS5 Rivals disconnects before kickoff – account-specific issue?
I am unable to play Division Rivals on my main EA account on PS5.
Every time I find a Rivals match, everything loads normally. I see my opponent's team and the pre-match cutscenes, but immediately after skipping the cutscene and before kickoff I get:
"You lost your connection to your opponent. We'll check the match report to see who won and who lost."
The match does not count as a loss.
Ive already tried to Reinstalled FC 26, Deleted FC 26 saved data. Cleared PS5 cache and rebuilt database, tried home Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot, turned cross-play on and off, Created a fresh FUT squad with different tactics
Important details. Online Draft works normally on the same account. Another account on the same PS5 can play Division Rivals without any issue
any idea on a solution?
