What pack did you buy exactly from the store?

A photo or a screenshot of the pack and its description might help us look for other similar reports and bring this to our team's attention. 

In the meantime, check this guide to find missing FC items. If you can't find any additional player items from that pack to restore that were maybe discarded by mistake, please reach out to the Customer Support team using the Contact us button at the bottom of the guide.
