Qualification Points

Hello EA Support,

I’m experiencing an issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team.

I have already reached 1,100/1,000 Champions Qualification Points in Division Rivals (Division 6), but the game didn’t unlock the Champions Playoffs entry. The points seem to be stuck and I can’t access the Champions mode.

Please check my account and fix or reset the points.
