Quick sell recovery doenst show all players

I accidentally quick sold an aitana bonmati 97 toty and doesnt show up in quick sell recovery despite me having 2 recoveries left i have tried deleting re isnatlling both companion and game going from different devices web app of from my pc or my phone app the card still doesnt show as it should. It was quick sold on 29 january 9:05 am Cyprus time and on my previous case the advisor told me that at maximum 72 hours i should get the card back and even promised that to me. It is now more than 72 hours and the card still doesnt show in quick sell recovery i am very dissatisfied ea services.
