Rage quits don't count as wins in Seasons mode

I just lost 12 points in one single day in Seasons mode because when opponents rage quit, the win is not being counted properly. I was clearly winning those matches. My opponents disconnected/rage q...

Can anyone confirm if this is getting sorted as it’s pointless playing seasons now. Last 10 games won and no points when they quit? Why do EA not reply to comments?
