Re: PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it

Game mode: Any

Potential Repro Steps: I logged in as usual and tried to play ultimate team, started with rivals because I need to make the points for the rewards but could only control from 'KEYBOARD ONLY' and it was locked in the settings. Then tried playing RUSH and it was the same. Tried to play clubs afterwards and it was the same. The settings are locked to keyboard only and when i go into the menu and try to change the settings from the main menu, if I use my controller to get into the settings the setting to select controller does not exist, if i do it from the keyboard there is only two options: Keyboard Only or Keyboard + Mouse.

Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone): it started to happen on 10-12

    Hey Tibi-171​ Please make sure that you only use the controller from the moment you launch the game. Do not switch from keyboard to controller only before the match or while in the menu. Check the info from this post

    Sorry to write here, but since no one is responding to my issue, I am attaching it here for your visibility, Kindly atleast provide the update whether some team is working on this or not, I am facing this issue prior to full release
