reached bid/buy limit for 24 hours Transfer market bug

I just opened a new account on pc. I completed the challenges to open the transfer market and waited for 48 hours, but a few days later I received a massage saying I reached the transfer limit and I had to wait 24 hours, its been 3 days and still the same problem. The message repeats itself every day. Please bring an update for this. Thanks.
