Unable to pass through Evolutions

Unable to pass through Evolutions which i have completed the rush battle more than 3 times, i cant access the transfer market please help

It has been almost a year but still same problem, i cant access transfer market even after completing objectives, the reward cant be claimed and the objective wont complete even though i did it many times
