5 FPS ISSUE ON ULTIMATE TEAM

Whenever I go into ultimate team, or into a match, or open a pack (anything that changes scenes) there's a high chance that my game gets stuck on 5 fps after wtv it is loads. It has been in the game since the start and no one decides to do anything about it. I have contacted EA so many times and all they say is some bs like update our drivers or re roll and then never responds again. It happens to those who play on gaming laptops only it seems. I found a temporary fix where if i enter and exit ultimate team a few times it becomes smooth again. But after playing a few matches, the 5 fps issue comes back. this happened to me in THREE of my champs matches which i ended up losing.
EA please fix your game ASAP.
