Recently Met tab

I'm playing on a PS5. When I go into the Recently Met tab, sometimes it will show that the opponent I have literally just played was 2, 4, sometimes as many as 14 hours ago!?

I've also noticed that an increasing number of opponents do not feature at all in the Recently Met tab. If there's a way to completely hide your account, please let me know, as I'll do that too.
