Recurring "Unable to connect to EA servers" error in FC 26

Question

I'm experiencing a recurring "unable to connect to the servers" error in EA Sports FC 26 (PC via Steam), happening both when trying to launch the game and mid-match in Ultimate Team. I've already tried:

- Windows Firewall unblocked with manually created rules

- Game files verified/repaired via Steam (no corruption found)

- DNS changed to Cloudflare (both IPv4 and IPv6)

- Excellent internet connection: 750+ Mbps download, 1ms ping

- Clean tracert with no packet loss, reaching EA's servers via Akamai

- Tested without any third-party software running

I'd appreciate help checking whether this is an account-side issue or a server-side issue on EA's end. Thanks in advance.

Know you have tried a few things already RUTX3​ but wondering if possible to test on a different connection to see if you have the same issue.
If you have mobile data and can use your phone as a hot spot for testing, that would be great.
If you can try that and let me know what happens, then we can take it from there.
