Refund Problem

Hello EA Support,

I recently purchased FC26 because I wanted to play the Volta mode. However, after downloading and installing the game, I found that the Volta mode is not available.

I submitted my first support case within 24 hours of the purchase. I did receive a reply, but I didn’t realize that I needed to respond through the website, so unfortunately I missed the response window and the case was closed.

Because Volta mode is not available, I would like to request a refund. I tried to submit another case, but the system now does not allow me to create a new one.

Could you please help me reopen my previous case or assist me with the refund process?

    Hey Maulihere​ game modes can change over time with some being removed and others added.

    The process to receive a refund can be found here

    If you are outside the criteria for a refund then it is unlikely that you would be able to receive one. You can use the links in the help article to speak with our live support team who can see if they can assist you.
