repeated server outages over the past two days

To EA Support Team,

I’m writing to express my anger and deep frustration regarding the repeated server outages over the past two days.

This isn’t just a “minor inconvenience.” After a long day at work, I come home genuinely looking forward to unwinding, preparing my favorite drink, and spending some time playing your game. That routine is one of the few things I enjoy at the end of the day. Instead, I’m met—again and again—with servers that are down or unreachable.

It’s incredibly disappointing to plan your free time around a product that simply doesn’t work when you finally try to use it. What makes this worse is that these outages keep happening without any meaningful communication, accountability, or compensation for players who have paid for this experience.

EA is a massive company with enormous resources. Stable servers should be the bare minimum, not a luxury. At this point, it feels like players’ time and money are being taken for granted.

I expect a clear explanation, a permanent solution to these recurring issues, and some form of acknowledgment that players’ time actually matters.

Very disappointed.
