Rewards still not received

As everyone has already mentioned, not received the Tiny Tim + Tim Cahill, but I also have not received Harry Kewell + Italiano, Kiwi Wall, Hidden Gem, and Park Ji-Son. It seems like they tried to fix the issue, but could not put someone with an IQ of 80 or higher on this bug.
