Ridiculous performance

My computer meets the minimum system requirements to run EA FC 26. I set all graphic options to Low, resolution rate to 50%, fullscreen, and disabled all settings that could use graphical requirements, for example: playstyles icons during matches. EVEN THOUGH IT SHOWS MORE THAN 100 FPS, MY GAME STILL LAGS IN THE MENU, IN CUTSCENES, AND DURING THE GAME. ESPECIALLY IN ONLINE MODE, WHERE I COULDN'T PLAY DIVISION RIVALS. When I tried to request a refund, I was not successful, so I want help from tech support.
