Hi everyone,
Thanks for reporting this error message when trying to play Rivals. To help us look into this faster, please include the following when sharing your report:
- Platform
- Gamertag/Username
- Timestamp (with timezone)
- Region
- ISP
Make sure you restart your game and check if it has been fully updated.

EA_Pulsar,
in my case, it’s been over 8 days I have been seeking solutions and over 9 days I can’t play.
Division Rivals is one of the centerpieces of UT and the reason why I purchase and continue to play fifa/fut.
i can understand you are suffering bugs and an array of technical issues, but the lack of communication to hundreds of users, that paid for something they have not received, is outrageous and apalling.
I put a lot of effort into raising the money to purchase the game, and to make matters worse, I prepurchased the ultimate edition, to get early access and the perks you offered, in vain.
I would really appreciate if you (EA) would at the least, acknowledge us and not mark our inability to play as “solved”. As we are paid customers, we deserve frequent updates to understand when we should expect the issue to be resolved, instead of keeping us in the dark until your techs find and resolve the issue.
You probably won’t respond to this post, but that would just be normal EA behaviour.
