Rivals not working

Everything else Works fine but on rivals im 10 seconds behind My opponent and IT makea The game unplayable(i play on pc). Im sure its not My connection or PC because Rush Works well. I preordered The ultimate edition but IT seems like a late order because i still cant play The game. I wonder when im able to play? EA please Fix IT or give some compensation like 500 k coins and maybe two Brazilian icon picks and were Even.
