UNABLE TO VIEW SEASON PASS/ACCEPTS AWARDS

For months on end I cannot gain access to my EA season pass, not allowing me to redeem rewards, I have contacted EA live chat on 4 occasions yet no progress, false promises of it’ll be fixed in a few days etc etc etc. When I click season pass my screen is blank and loads nothing else to which I always have to turn my console off, I am literally missing out on the benefits of the rewards from this and massively hindering my gameplay experience…??

I also did the 89+ encore 1 of 3 pack got Raul but was then made aware that the SBC description was misleading and players were to be given compensation due to this? This has been going on for months, my first time writing a forum so I’d be very very surprised if my two issues get fixed in a reasonable timescale considering this has been going on for months, don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company or platform that brushes off paying customers problems to the side? Prove me wrong
