They're obviously working on it, as it's currently an ongoing issue with the game.Like you, hundreds of thousands of players have been affected by the same situation. The good news is that our game teams are working on a solution. Once this happens, the issue will be resolved not only for you but for all affected players.

They know about the problem and nothing changes🤡

This problem has been around since the 25th installment, and it's all due to the anti-cheat on PC. At the beginning of the game, there were a significant number of cheaters, and they tried to fix the issue, but it didn't work out. Soon, we will see a message similar to the ones we've seen in previous years, stating that the anti-cheat is not their own development and that we should contact the company providing these services. EA has been incompetent for the past three years, and it seems that the sale of this series is not a coincidence.
