Rivals streak pick didn’t work?

I was told to use a team of the week (and I did I used Semenyo) and I would be granted a 83+ pick. After the game ended I wasn’t given a pick and it showed an “x” like I failed? Can I contact someone to get my pick because it isn’t fair? I have attached images of me being denied the reward and the team I used.
