FC26 Not working\unable to connect

Question

I am in Australia and I bought the game 13 days ago - ultimate edition in AUD which is 135 dollars, and I have not been able to play 2 games in a row. I can’t connect to ultimate team servers still, It sometimes won’t load past the beginning screen after connecting to EA, and IF I make it in to ultimate team I just freeze or the menus are horrific. I’m fully aware it’s not my PlayStation or internet and both are completely fine - I played fc25 with no problems whatsoever. I have tried both PlayStation support and EA support but both haven’t helped at all whatsoever - and I can’t get a refund of the game.

If anyone else is still having these problems are there any updates on these? Or does anyone have any suggestions on my next move.

I am exactly the same. I manage to get a few games now and again but rarely. It’s not even loading the game as we speak!!! So annoying, wish EA would come out and say something about it. Let me know if you hear anything ?&nbsp;

Same! Haven’t been able to play ultimate team at all! Seasons online works fine! Are you guys with Optus?&nbsp;
