I moved your reports here to help you get back into our competitive modes.
Please make sure you have updated the game on your platform, then try to delete the corrupt files following this guide, specifically the squad updates, and restart the game. Sometimes it is necessary to redownload these.
It might also help to set up a new empty active squad on your Companion app or your Web app before you try again to start a Rivals match in-game.
Do share a photo of your squad if this situation persists, to help us identify whether a specific player might be involved.
