Ultimate Team Infinite Loading Screen
Hello EA Community,
I’m writing to report a persistent issue with EA FC 26 on PS5 that has made Ultimate Team completely unplayable for me, despite having tried every available workaround on my end.
Platform: PS5
Connection: Wired (LAN cable)
Game Mode affected: Ultimate Team only – all other modes work perfectly fine
Issue: Every time I attempt to enter Ultimate Team, the game gets stuck indefinitely on the FUT loading screen. It never progresses to the menus.
What I have already tried (please don’t suggest these again):
• Deleted game save/storage data
• Full uninstall and reinstall of the game
• Cleared PS5 cache
• Restored licenses (Settings → Users and Accounts → Other → Restore Licenses)
• Hard reset of the console
• Restarted router
• Tested with mobile hotspot – same result
• Other games and other FC 26 modes work perfectly, ruling out any network or hardware issue on my side
Key observation:
All other game modes in EA FC 26 work without any issues, and so does every other game on my PS5. This is exclusively a FUT synchronization/session issue on EA’s servers.
I have seen multiple threads on this forum reporting the exact same problem, which confirms this is not an isolated case but a server-side issue affecting multiple users.
What I’m requesting:
1. An official acknowledgment that this issue is being investigated.
2. A forced logout/session resync of my FUT club data on the backend, without deleting my club.
3. A timeline for a fix.
This is unacceptable for a paid product. Please escalate this to the technical team.
