Rivals/champs disconnect before game starts

Hi !When i start a match in rivals, champions, the dame erorr that i lost connection with my opponent!It happens when i press x on joystick to skipp the teams introduction!What should i do?

    After the cutscene of opponent formation when the game should begin, the game says “Lost connection to your opponent…”

    This happens to me only on rivals as i completed icon swap objectives without any issues. As i went back to rivals just for fun, cannot start a game. I tried restarting my ps5, the game and wifi connection but it still persist. The day before as it did this for the first time, a game restart would let play just a single rivals match before it starts happening again.

    I have the same problem, regardless of the type of match in FUT (Rivals, Tournament, etc.)...

    I get the DNF alert saying that I left the match, etc., etc.

    Last night everything was working perfectly, but since this morning it's been impossible to play against anyone.


    PS : i am on PC Ea App platform

    YESS!! Now i could finally get in a game, and it gave me DNF!

    Hey everyone, 

    I moved your reports here to help you get back into our competitive modes.

    Please make sure you have updated the game on your platform, then try to delete the corrupt files following this guide, specifically the squad updates, and restart the game. Sometimes it is necessary to redownload these. 

    It might also help to set up a new empty active squad on your Companion app or your Web app before you try again to start a Rivals match in-game. 

    Do share a photo of your squad if this situation persists, to help us identify whether a specific player might be involved.

    Hey folks,

    I just wanted to let you know that our team is currently investigating these disconnection issues. It seems to be related to when using a Future Stars Academy player and skipping the intro within the first few seconds.

    As soon as we have further updates to share, we will let you know!
