Romania Routing Problem

Hello,

I would like to report a routing issue affecting EA Sports FC.

My internet service provider, Digi Romania, investigated the issue and informed me that it started recently after new EA servers were deployed in Bulgaria and Turkey. According to their network engineers, the routes advertised through Akamai/Zayo are causing unusual routing, resulting in higher latency, packet loss, and unstable gameplay for Romanian players.

Digi Romania also informed me that they are trying to work with the relevant network operators to receive the EA Sports prefixes in Bucharest instead of Sofia, but they cannot guarantee that this will be possible.

Could you please forward this information to your network team and investigate whether there is an issue with the routing or BGP announcements affecting players in Romania, especially those using Digi Romania?
