Season Pass glitch - not awarded SP, but able to select items

I'm having this same issue so bumping the thread

idk why they don't say anything about this kind of issue.

I also have an issue with the season pass xp when I claimed the sp from lvl 20 and didn't got any and I still don't get it back

Just reset the game, have some patience, and it’ll register no problem. Happened to me, nothing to sweat about

With respect, your response isn't helpful. The issue is clearly frequent and despite your experience, for many of us the issue persists after many resets. 

Also it's a bug that ideally needs reporting, doing nothing and hoping for the best doesn't improve things for anyone 

My issue seems to have been resolved. Got a random 2800 SP last night. That's less than the 3500 that I should have gotten but I'll take it. 

I am having same issues and don’t know how to reset, it keeps failing to claim the 3500sp and I can’t even access the fc hum from the console only from the companion app, this sucks so bad tbh

It’s only a bug if it doesn’t come back, which it did. It’s happened to me, and took around 5 minutes to fix itself. Nothing to worry about

It's been 3 days for me. What do you suggest I do? Some people would have bought the pass with money and aren't receiving what they paid for.

Why didn't mine fix in 5 minutes?  

Exactly I bought the pass and now I can’t access the fc hub from console and can’t claim all my rewards from the companion app
