RTX 5080 Direct X function "GetDeviceRemovedReason"

I am running a Windows 11 with RTX 5080, AMD Ryzen 9 9900X 12-Core Processor and 32Gb RAM. The PC has a freshly new Windows 11 Pro etc..

The issue is that after I play a couple of games it crashes and I am getting the following error: Direct X function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with
DGIERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The GPU will not respond to more commands"). GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080", Driver:
58157. This error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing; try installing the latest drivers.


I have tried re-installing the Nvidia Driver v 581.57 , Downgrading to an earlier driver and re-installing the game. I have also tried to force Direct X 11 on the game but still the same issue. Additional I have also tried to lower the graphics resulting with the same issue.

No issues with other games.
