Season 2 world Tour disconnecting as soon as starting a match

As soon as I start any game in the season 2 world tour cup the game disconnects, my DNF modifier has been affected by it now on numerous occasions, I have seen other posts about it happening every few games but for me it's every game. It's disappointing as it is effecting my time on the game and making me unable to earn the rewards.

Now the same thing has happened with the thunderstruck flash events meaning I haven't been able to play those. It's absolutely disappointing and I've received no response at all.

Now happening with time warp bronze exhibition. Issue needs resolution I am missing out on lots of rewards due to this bug. It's been several months since first reporting and no response, it's getting ridiculous.
