    Hi everyone,
    We’ve looked into recent reports about missing or incorrect Season Pass rewards and wanted to share an update. After reviewing the issue, we weren’t able to confirm any errors in how rewards are granted.

    To clarify how the system works:

    • When a Season Pass level includes two rewards
    • If you press “Claim All” or let the Season Pass expire at the end of the season, you will still be presented with a selection option to choose from for any multi choice rewards.

    If you have a video showing a specific error while claiming your packs, please share it, together with your account details and a timestamp, in the comments so we can take another look. When claiming the rewards during the season rollover, we always prioritize the player item as the default reward in those scenarios.

Ik this wont happen but still trying as someone who did potm Pulisic plus have many english players and used gold Tomori for 2 champs runs bc he is a one of one for my team I would like to have him as I did hold claim all on my lvl 40 rewards so it gave me the default options aka the packs which is dumb Ik y they added claim all but if they just give u default options whats the points or do something where u have to claim one at a time for those choice rewards u get bc they wont give people who got this issue and didnt know that if you did claim all it did this the right way to fix this is just give anyone who lvl 40 with the premium pass all the packs bc ive seen threads with 30+ people in the last week who had this happen to them and they just get screwed

Using a Milan To Glory team so that Tomori would be a big for my team!!

I know a lot of other people that have had the same issue.
